Job Description of HR Officer Job in AlMustafa Welfare Society
- Recruitment and selection of Medical and Paramedical Staff for Al-Mustafa Medical Centre and the other centres of AlMustafa Welfare Society located in Karachi, Pakistan.
- Maintaining and updating Employees’ record
- Payroll Management
- Monitoring Employees’ Performance
- Assist HR Manager in making HR policies
- Management of Attendance Management System
- Other tasks as assigned by the management
